The unmistakable urban plant of Perugia, adapted to the complex morphology of the land, is a frame for the cultural heritage of centuries past.
Monuments and works of Etruscan, Roman, Medieval, Renaissance times, but also of more recent years, tell, together with memories and signs of what happened there, the complex happenings that have given us the city as we see it today.
In the Middle Ages Perugia has progressively widened its urban context with the birth of  the boroughs, precious casket of art and ancient craft and commercial traditions.
