Farmhouse Museum Don Franco Pulcinelli

Via Terragone, 16 – Corciano

Museums of the Territory

The Museum is inside a typical house of Corciano, restored, where objects of everyday life of farmers of the area can be found. Each can tell a tale, of a single character or of an happening, a job, or the story of the village.  The museum is composed of four rooms, typical of the farm houses of the area: the kitchen, the bedroom, the barn, and the stable. All relics, in each room, are authentically local and have been situated in their proper place, so to render the house still functional and livable.

The educational activity, meant for children, wants to show the kids, from 3 to 10 years of age, the life and everyday activities of a recent past, giving particular relevance to the importance of memory.
