One of the gates of the City
It was built in 1765, as shown on the plaque placed on the exterior and renovated in 2013. Like the street it takes name from the underlying moat. The etymology has various interpretations: Bugliare, throwing trash; Bulicame, water streak; Bulgiame, Bolgiaio, Bolge, cliff.
Like many other doors, above the arch in the interior, is a coeval painting (XVIII Century) decayed due to exposure.
