Perugia Folgora - video installation - Perugia 1416

The “Sala del Caminetto” is the perfect frame for the  emotions arising from  the video-installation, an homage to the History of Perugia, with particular reference to the mediaeval period. Without being a proper historical or philological reconstruction of the events of Perugia, it is a show of some of the figures that has rendered Perugia great; the video embraces and projects the viewer inside that contest of the monuments and art work witnessing the most prominent époques of the city.  Don’t look therefore for chronology or extreme fidelity of forms, only let the mind surge behind the dazzling charms.  

It is an artistic set-up taking from the world of imagination and playing with scenic as well as musical effects, with clear innuendos to the phantasy world, in order catch adults as well as children.
